I'm Aoife, an experienced and accredited counsellor & psychotherapist based in Dundalk. My approach to psychotherapy is humanistic, integrative and somatic - I believe that each person can grow & heal, even after the most painful trauma or loss. I can provide a safe & supportive space for you to explore your relationship with yourself & others, & find your sense of meaning in the world.

My specialism is therapy with women with a history of traumatic experiences. I love to help women grow beyond 'shoulds' to listen to themselves & their own needs. I work with women, femmes & non-binary folk with self esteem issues, childhood abuse, sexual and domestic abuse, depression, anxiety, other forms of trauma, grief, autism & ADHD.
