I hold a First Class BSc (Hons) degree & Dip. in Counselling and Psychotherapy, have additional training in the HSE’s suicide program SafeTalk, and the DRCC (Dublin Rape Crisis Centre) Cert. for working with sexual abuse victims. I have a special interest in the area of trauma. I work from a humanistic-integrative perspective with the clients needs at the core of the relationship. My training allows me to adapt to the different personalities of clients to tailor the therapy to their individual needs. Respecting every clients unique needs is my aim, while I provide a warm, empathic, non-judgemental and confidential environment.
