I am currently only working online and do not expect to work in-person until 2025. I am a qualified, experienced Integrative Psychotherapist accredited with IACP and IAHIP. I am also a COSRT accredited Sexual & Relationship therapist for both individuals and couples. an EMDR accredited consultant and counselling psychologist. I completed postgraduate CBT training in Trinity College Dublin and also completed intensive DBT training. I work with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, anger, grief, psychosexual issues, relationships, self-esteem, borderline personality disorder, self-harm, suicidal ideation and trauma.
I mainly work with the following approaches: EMDR, Psychosexual, CBT, DBT and Psychodynamic. Please see groups section for details of the upcoming online 13 week DBT Skills programme.

13 Week DBT Skills Only Group
An affordable, standalone option for those with and without a Borderline Personality Disorder diagnosis. The 13 week skills classes will be conducted online on zoom 7.30-9.30pm Wednesday's from January 24th 2024. The classes will take place every Wednesday (except for Wednesday 27th March 2024) and the programme will complete on April 24th 2024. The total cost of the 13 week programme is €975.
