Above all else my private practice, Croía Counselling & Psychotherapy, is firmly rooted in the belief that healing and lasting change begin with a compassionate, collaborative therapeutic relationship. I offer a safe, confidential space where you the client can explore your issues, your needs and your experiences at a pace that is right for you. You will be met with kindness, compassion and a non judgemental approach.
As an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist I draw on various therapeutic approaches and techniques tailored to suit your specific needs. I offer counselling in person or online for all types of issues and concerns and have a special interest in working with adolescents, eating disorders, grief and perinatal mental health.
