Each client is different. There is no “one size fits all” therapy. That is why an integrated approach to my work is so valuable. Whilst clients might present with similar problems such as anxiety, each person responds to therapy differently. As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I have developed a comprehensive toolkit from which to draw thus ensuring each client is regarded for their individuality and works at their own pace.
My approach is humanistic and person-centered. This means meeting clients where they're at and working collaboratively in the “here and now” while supporting clients to make meaning of their experiences
The importance of the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is fundamental to healing, and I provide a safe, non-judgmental space within which clients can explore their issues and make sense of their personal stories in an empathic and supportive environment.
