I offer online counselling and psychotherapy to adults (18+) and couples in Ireland, UK and mainland Europe. No matter what burden or worries you are dealing with, support is available. I am an integrative humanistic counsellor and educator and my practice draws on a broad variety of therapeutic approaches. From a base of primarily person-centered counselling, I integrate other approaches as appropriate, such as Gestalt, existentialism, CBT and family systems therapy.
I learned during the pandemic that online therapy is an effective alternative to in-person therapy. Many clients have an initial preference for in person therapy and yet are surprised at how easy they adapt to the online experience.
