I use EMDR/Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to explore what issues in the present have links to the past in order to understand beliefs, triggers and responses. This process also identifies somatic resources, with practical tools for daily life. An eye on family dynamics and attachment theory can shed light on relationship patterns, especially in couple work
Therapy can help to expand freedom and choices and ultimately forges the way for you to be who you are and work towards the life you want. In couples counselling, it sheds light on why old experiences can impact current connection.
