About
I work with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, stress, low-mood, low self-esteem, loneliness, grief/loss, abuse, trauma, infertility, relationship difficulties, work and family issues, to name but a few. Or with clients who may simply be feeling overwhelmed with life in general and are unsure how to move forward. I also work with couples who may be experiencing a crisis in their relationship or who simply need guidance on how to reconnect with each other.
My therapeutic approach is an integrative one, incorporating the principles of Person-Centred Therapy (a non-directive, empathic approach that empowers clients to fulfil their own potential), Psychodynamic Therapy (which explores the influence of the past on current behaviours) and also CBT, when more specific guidance is required and appropriate.
It is my aim to provide a safe and supportive space for each and every one of my clients, whereby thoughts and feelings can be explored in a non-judgmental and compassionate way in order to pave the way to recovery and growth.
