Experienced Psychotherapist, working in the mental health care industry. Skilled in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy, CBT, DBT. Strong and professional healthcare service. Working therapeutically with adults, children, adolescents and couples. Experienced with trauma, schizophrenia, anxiety, abuse, sexuality abuse, self-harm, suicidal ideation, panic attacks, depression, lack of meaning, self-esteem, loss and bereavement, codependency, relationship difficulties and psycho-somatic symptoms.In my clinical practice I am able to assess clients’ suitability for counselling, provide short/long term therapy, depending on the needs.
You or person close to you have experienced traumatic events in life and is still experiencing them or is experiencing difficulties at the moment in life. Don't know about coping skills and how to manage the emotions. Don't know the boundaries, how to communicate or to be an assertive. Maybe don't understand youreslf or don't know who you are.
I provide safe, supportive and confidential space. Being empathic and compassionate I support clients, to move forward, live with more understanding and fulfilling life.I work privately and at Pieta House in Cork as well. I liaise with parents and professional authority such Psychiatrists, CAPMHs, GPs and other HSE professionals.
