I aim to help my clients explore their life issues with a view to gaining an understanding of what's going on for you, and how best to improve your situation, make good decisions in your life.
I believe that each one of us is the expert in our own lives. Given time and space, someone to listen, be present for you in what comes up, answers and the way forward becomes clearer over time. Counselling is a process, and a journey. I practice Person-Centred and Choice Therapy, using techniques like CBT, Collaboration, Logotherapy, to assist.
We all lead busy lives and very often our own needs, our pain, is the least and last of our priorities. I work with my clients to put these issues front stage, to explore better, happier, more authentic ways to live.
