Hi there! I'm Ann, I know that understanding mental health can be confusing and stressful, but I also know that there's hope. Become the best version of yourself. You can change your brain and resolve painful emotions, and I can support and help you walk you through that process. Change is possible. Recognising the dignity that each person holds thereby creating a safe therapeutic space for people to work through personal issues including traumatic events, anger, grief and loss, anxiety, relationship issues, bullying, poor self-image, codependency, people pleasing etc.
I am an integrative counsellor recognising the effects of childhood and past experiences, which play a considerable part in the issues that emerge in later life. My passion is inner child work with a centered person approach, also integrating CBT + solution focused therapy.
