I offer a friendly, compassionate, and confidential space where clients feel safe to explore all aspects of their lives, free of judgement. I have experience supporting clients with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, low mood and relationship difficulties. I offer compassion and encouragement to my clients on their journey towards meaningful change. I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist (BSc Hons) and a pre-accredited member of the IACP.
My approach is integrative, with an emphasis on solution-focused techniques. I support clients in managing challenges while also helping them explore deeper patterns and gain insight into their experiences. Together, we build the tools necessary for self-reflection and personal growth, empowering them to make positive changes in their lives and relationships
