Not accepting new clients
As a person centred Psychotherapist I offer a safe space for clients and couples to look at and talk about the issues they feel are preventing them moving forward with their lives and relationships. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, we experience loss and change in our relationships, jobs, identity, family or health. It can feel difficult to find someone to talk to. I provide an understanding and non judgmental environment in which the issues clients face can be addressed.
I trained in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy and have done further training in psychosexual psychotherapy and also in attachment issues affecting individuals and couples. I have completed externship training in the use of Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples which helps couples safely examine the underlying causes of their discord and reconnect.
If you feel that you need help moving forward with your life or trying to understand why you are where you are; if you are a couple caught in a cycle of blame and reaction, or feel disconnected from each other, take the step and reach out. An impartial non judgmental therapist can help to shift those stuck places and see new possibilities.
