I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation in creating safety and trust, which is essential to the therapeutic process. My therapeutic approach is integrative, which means I utilise various therapeutic modalities to suit each clients needs. I provide a safe supportive and non judgemental space to allow you to explore feelings, behaviours, patterns and experiences that may be impacting your over all wellbeing. Compassion and autonomy are an integral part of my practice.
I have over 25 years experience working in the community, as a teacher, Drama facilitator and within the area of Special Needs Education. I also have experience providing one to one support, in a Post Primary setting.
