Thinking about therapy? I'm a qualified, fully accredited psychotherapist (IAHIP,ICP), currently working in Malahide Counselling & Psychotherapy on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, where I offer psychotherapy sessions to adults, 1:1, both in person and online, as required. I have experience working with issues relating to anxiety, depression, perinatal trauma, grief and loss, bullying in the workforce, relationship difficulties, chronic illness, life transitions, relational trauma. I work from a humanistic and integrative perspective, which means that I am trained in a number of different modalities. I also offer brief therapy.
I have a particular interest in working with clients whose lives are impacted by ADHD, whether that is a client who is experiencing symptoms of ADHD, and querying a diagnosis, or already has a diagnosis and wishes to explore what that means for them. I also work with clients who live with people affected by ADHD and offer a safe and supportive space.
