There are many people who experience overwhelming emotion and find it challenging to cope with the stressors of life. Psychotherapy can offer you a safe and confidential environment to fully express yourself and sort through those difficult emotions. I will work with you collaboratively, at your own pace, exploring the areas in your life, past and present, that may be inhibiting your overall happiness and well-being. I work with an array of issues, including, but not confined to depression, anxiety, family & work difficulties, relationships issues, stress, low self-esteem, life transitions, childhood trauma, loss & grief.
The therapeutic approach that I use will help you achieve a better understanding of your internal world, which will deepen a greater self-awareness and self-acceptance. Facilitating you with the opportunity to enhance your relationships and re-shape your life.
