As a neurodivergent therapist with a late ADHD diagnosis, I bring both lived insight and clinical experience to my work. I understand firsthand how differently brains can work - and how important it is to feel seen and understood in therapy. I also have experience supporting clients across a broad range of relationship styles - including monogamous and non-monogamous relationship dynamics, and I offer a non-judgmental space to explore whatever is coming up in your relational world.
I help people whom are navigating anxiety, self-esteem and relationship challenges. I offer a compassionate, curious space to explore these patterns, identify specific issues and make meaningful and lasting changes. Many of my couples therapy clients are in less traditional, queer or blended relationships, or navigating differing attachment styles.
