Therapy brings clarity and self-awareness, giving you the power to make positive changes in your life and relationships. It also gives you the tools to set boundaries and live your life the way you want.
I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your experiences. I believe in an integrative approach to therapy, which means I adapt therapy to meet your specific needs. I work with adults and teens experiencing a broad range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and identity issues.
