I am passionate about helping clients to understand and come up with coping strategies that help them to feel less stressed, less anxious and less depressed. If you are looking to feel more motivated and positive in life, there are a number of cognitive and behavioral techniques that can be used to help to reach those goals.
Currently, I offer one to one CBT sessions online via zoom. During these sessions we will work together to address any issues you are facing and help by introducing some different coping strategies to help you manage any issues you are facing. I also have experience of running depression, stress management and anxiety groups.
I am passionate about helping people to learn useful skills that can help you to cope better no matter what life throws at you. Over the last decade, I have worked with the NHS, charity sector and private practice both created and managed self-management programs to help people to better look after their physical and mental health
