Hi, I’m Amie, a person-centered psychotherapist who understands firsthand the power of feeling truly heard. Living with misdiagnosed neurodivergence & OCD showed me how overwhelming, isolating, and misunderstood mental health struggles can feel. The relentless overthinking, the self-doubt, trying to hold it all together - it’s a lot to carry alone.
Whether it’s the weight of anxiety, a heavy sadness, or a sense that something's not quite right, life can start to shrink around you. Therapy helps create space so you can finally come up for air, feel less alone in the struggle, and start living a life that feels yours again.
My personal experience shapes how I show up for others today. I offer a space where nothing is “too much” or “too silly” to talk about. Together, we’ll gently untangle difficult thoughts and feelings and make room for a kinder relationship with yourself.
