I support adults living with grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout and stress-related difficulties. As a trauma-informed psychotherapist, I work with adults affected by childhood adversity, emotional regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, life transitions and bereavement. I offer a grounded, compassionate space to explore what you are carrying and what feels overwhelming or hard to put into words. Therapy does not require you to be in crisis. It can be a space to slow down, make sense of your experience, and move at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs. I draw on person-centred, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based and somatic approaches. Together, we explore your present experiences and how past events may be influencing them, helping you develop greater self-understanding and supporting emotional healing.
