It is my personal belief that therapy works but only in a situation where you feel comfortable and secure and where you know you will not be judged or misunderstood. “Opening up” in therapy is a difficult thing do. Trust and respect is at the cornerstone of the therapeutic relationship between me and my client & everyone's journey is unique and personal.
