My hope is to join you in that process, to listen, to support, and to help you create real, meaningful and long-lasting change.
I strongly believe in an integrative approach to counselling, tailoring therapy to your needs. I support clients with anxiety, depression, low mood, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, relationship difficulties, addiction, eating disorders, OCD, co-dependency, ADHD, and more, helping you heal and create lasting change.
I understand how heavy it can feel to carry these struggles alone. It is normal to feel stuck, anxious, or unsure where to turn. I can offer you a non judgmental space to be heard, understood, and supported. When you’re ready, reaching out is the first step toward relief, clarity, and change.
