I currently work in person with children, adolescents and adults in Kilkenny and online. I believe that there are times in life when we need someone to turn to, who can help us make sense of things and cope with difficult feelings or situations. I'm here to offer that support. I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space where my clients feel listened to and held, supporting the exploration of problems, challenges and feelings which may be difficult to talk about. At the heart of my practice is the belief that you have the inner resources to implement change. I am here to facilitate that through our work together.
After several years working as a therapist in the UK, I have recently returned home to Kilkenny to establish my private practice. During my time in Bristol, I gained extensive experience supporting people through a wide range of challenges. I worked with individuals affected by addiction at The Swan Project, supported those navigating grief and loss
at The Harbour, and worked therapeutically with children and young people through NAOS. Alongside this, I built a thriving private practice, working with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
