Sometimes when struggling with various stressors we often fear reaching out for help. I work with complex client needs such as sexual abuse, substance misuse, relational issues, and mental health including other anxiety, emotional and behavioural issues.
I am an integrative/systemic counsellor and psychotherapist with specialist training in Functional Family Therapy ( FFT) I provide an empathic safe and confidential space enabling you to work through various stressors. incorporating a humanistic approach, trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy and CBT. Approaches are tailored to your individual needs.
