I am an integrative/systemic counsellor and psychotherapist with specialist training in Functional Family Therapy ( FFT) I provide an empathic safe and confidential space enabling you to work through various stressors. incorporating a humanistic approach, trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy and CBT. Approaches are tailored to your individual needs.
