I am a Masters qualified, fully insured and accredited therapist with over 12 years experience working with adolescents, pre teens and adults. I have additional training in suicide prevention, child safeguarding, self harm, sexual health, trauma & restorative justice. I have worked for many years at a senior level with complex trauma cases as a therapist, Clinical Coordinator and therapeutic Head of Department in conjunction with key stakeholders from health, education and residential care settings. My approach to each client is individual creative and empathic.
The majority of my private work is with young people with anxiety & panic disorders, low mood and self esteem difficulties. I work in conjunction with parents to help the young person build on their own coping capacity& provide a non judgemental safe place for them to share their difficulties, working creatively when the client can't find the 'right words.'
