IACP accredited psychotherapist with ten years clinical experience working remotely or in-person in Dublin city centre. I work with a range of issues including but not limited to attachment, developmental trauma, gender, neurodiversity, sexuality, relationships, depression, anxiety, and psychedelic integration. There needn't be a specific problem either. I typically offer weekly open-ended therapy though I am open to organising around differing schedules.
I work from a humanistic base with an interest in trauma-informed, psychodynamic, existential, embodied, and psychoanalytic approaches. I'm also personally influenced by music, nature, and philosophy. I am also aware of the impact of our cultural situation on mental health, things like housing, the economy, climate, and lack of community.
I aim to create an environment in which, even if you're not sure what the matter might be, we can explore in a safe and open way. Therapy is a shared creative process of understanding. I am not here to fix things but rather to assist you in figuring out what helps you. In the process I hope we gain some understanding of how to be more fully in the world.
