It can be daunting starting therapy and there are lots of reasons why people seek the support of a counsellor. I offer a safe and confidential place where you are given time and space to talk about any difficulties you may be experiencing. Sometimes just talking things through with an empathetic listener helps us to make sense of our challenges, look at them a different way and learn new skills to navigate them.
My approach is kind, compassionate and non-judgemental. Therapy is a journey that we take together and I aim to support you on that journey.
I offer an integrative approach to counselling, drawing on different therapies and techniques to best suit your needs. I incorporate creative elements such as art in therapy.
I also offer walk and talk therapy in beautiful Co. Waterford and South Tipperary. Walking in a nature has many benefits supporting our overall health and wellbeing.
