My approach is integrative in its nature based on Person-Centred Therapy (Rogers) and Reality Therapy (Glasser). This combination makes therapy practical, realistic and achievable. I also use tools and techniques from other theories, such as Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Social Constuctivism, Behaviourist Therapies (CBT) and Existentialism.
No issue is too small. All queries are replied within 24 hours. Counseeling Direct acts as your Fellow Traveler (Yalom) throughout your therapy and beyond.
I am also qualified in Couples Therapy.

I also include my experience in Sports, Psychology, Philosophy (Stoicism) and Tai Chi. This unique combination increases the chance of success for the client: re-creating a healthy lifesryle and improving decision making process (slow and deep breathing, back to exercise and healthy eating).
