Aisling is an accredited psychotherapist who works using a humanistic, integrative model of therapy drawing on a range of different therapeutic approaches to tailor sessions to each individual client’s needs. She provides a non-judgemental, warm and supportive space enabling clients to explore problematic areas of their lives, empowering them to make changes where necessary. She sees clients in both Dublin and Clonmel.
She provides both short term counselling support for times when life feels particularly difficult and things become overwhelming, or longer term work where there are more ingrained behavioural patterns or issues that a client would like to change.
Sessions help to build self awareness. Knowing more about yourself and why you do things can give you more choices as to how you respond and ultimately it helps with emotional regulation and balance.
