Hi there, I'm Aisling.
I work with people who are feeling overwhelmed, stretched, or not quite like themselves anymore. You might be feeling anxious, low, or stuck in patterns that are hard to shift, or finding yourself reacting in ways that don’t feel like you.
I offer a calm, supportive space to slow things down, make sense of what’s going on, and help you feel more steady, understood, and able to move forward in a way that feels right for you. I specialise in the areas of grief, depression, neurodivergence and anxiety but have significant experience of working in many other areas too.
My approach is warm and grounded in attachment. I support clients in understanding what sits underneath their thoughts, feelings, and reactions, so things begin to feel more manageable. We make goals for our work and I help clients find the right tools to make positive and manageable changes. I am non-judgemental, empathic and supportive.
