Hello & welcome to my profile. I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with the PSI (M12836C) and Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC (PYL31683). I offer confidential psychological therapy in person & online. There are a multitude of issues and concerns that may prompt any person, of any background, in any situation, to seek out a Psychologist. These may include experiences of helplessness, feelings of distress, confusion, or stagnation personally or professionally. Often, people feel stuck and unable to address their difficulties alone; this helplessness is a universal human trait, however, it can be lessened through therapy.
I work collaboratively to engage with and understand your difficulties within a safe, confidential and supportive setting, where you will be treated with respect and compassion. The aim of our work together will be to enable you to explore new perspectives and choices, and find a way towards an improved sense of well-being.
