As an integrative therapist, I use a person-centred technique, providing my clients with a warm, safe, empathic and non-judgemental space. I work collaboratively with my clients facilitating them to explore past and present issues, providing them with an opportunity for discovery, growth, reconciliation and acceptance thus offering the potential for better relationships with themselves and others and a happier way of life. I truly believe each and every one of us has the capacity to change and I endeavour to help my clients realise their true potential.
Therapy is a very personal experience and therefore requires a unique approach and this is what I provide in my sessions with every client.
