I am a qualified Psychotherapist accredited with the IACP. I am trained in humanistic and integrative psychotherapy blending a range of approaches to best suit your needs. I work with CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Gottman Approach to Couples Therapy, Developmental Trauma, loss/bereavement. I also have a lot of experience working with work-related issues and stress
One of the things I hear most from my clients is that they feel safe and feel able to open up in our sessions. To me this is the most important aspect of therapy, without a safe relationship it is hard to really explore what is going on.
