As a pluralistic psychotherapist and counsellor, I take a flexible, supportive, neurodiverse-affirming and trauma-informed approach to therapy, working with adults, adolescents and children to find what works best for you. I draw from a variety of methods, tailoring the treatment to fit your unique needs, preferences, and the goals you want to achieve. From the very first session, I focus on building a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard and accepted—without judgment. I will work alongside you, at your pace, helping you explore your thoughts and feelings while supporting you in working on what matters most to you.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, post-partum depression, inter-generational trauma, family estrangement, domestic violence, sexual assault, coercive control, addiction, living with chronic illness, feelings of being stuck, and children and adolescents navigating emotional and developmental challenges, as well as struggling with overwhelm
