I help adults and adolescents deal with loss, bereavement, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and school related issues etc. I specialise in helping clients who have experienced acute or chronic trauma, e.g. in childhood or in an abusive relationship. I use a unique combination of Bioenergy Healing and Psychotherapy to help calm and heal the nervous system overwhelmed by trauma. This approach also works very well for highly sensitive persons.
