I have recently opened a psychotherapy practice in Ardee, Co. Louth and I am a pre-accredited member of IACP. I currently have availability for new clients in person from this space. I am a graduate of Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapy and I have worked with clients in SOSAD Drogheda since 2022. While the issues we experience are very real, we are also more than our difficulties. My approach is centered on understanding the 'whole' person and providing a safe and supportive space to work together on these challenges.
My training background has been integrative and humanistic, giving me the opportunity to learn about and incorporate various psychotherapy approaches. These include elements of Gestalt, Psychosynthesis, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I tailor my approach to best meet the unique needs and story of each client.
