I take a person-centred approach, drawing on evidence-based therapies, including CBT, to help you better understand what you are experiencing and develop practical ways of coping and moving forward.
I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and bereavement, with a particular interest in supporting people living with cancer or other significant health diagnoses.
