I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space for clients to explore and reflect on their lives. I believe in the importance of looking after your mental health in order to grow into the best version of yourself.

In my practice, I offer a compassionate and supportive environment where you can safely explore your feelings and experiences without judgement. Together, we’ll work on understanding the causes of your distress and developing coping strategies to help you navigate life's challenges.
