Jeffrey Jay, Ph.D., received his BA from Amherst College and Ph.D. from Duke University and was a research and clinical NIAAA Post-Doctoral Fellow. He founded the Center For Post-Traumatic Stress in Washington, DC, and retired from the Clinical Faculty of The George Washington University Medical School.
