Usually clients come with issues of feeling lost, having internal conflicts of some sort which create immense pain in life that may be related to experience in childhood. Some of the needs are muted, unrealised that led to feeling of being unheard and unworthy. During the process, if this is what have been encountered, you will be helped to understand the genesis of this internal conflict and how does it affect who you are today, with relationships and issues in life. To seek for a clarity of being stuck and how to get out of the rut after understanding your own needs and to make adjustments in daily life.
I use psychodynamic psychotherapy to help understanding how your present issues are related to the past childhood in which unconscious patterns, tendencies of repeating similar behaviours are explored, get to know the inner world with words and understanding, would help you get a sense of control of life. Hynposis,EMDR, emotional focused therapy are used.
Reaching out is not an easy thing to do, it must have been going through already a certain level of struggles. Me being a listener would first help you organise your thoughts feelings and actual struggles, not only you would hear yourself out, also help to realign what you wants and needs, help enabling a “voice” with “words” to your own situations.
