Currently a certified Jungian Psychoanalyst (榮格心理分析) based in Zürich, I conduct also online sessions with clients in Asia. My training at the CG Jung Institut Zürich (CGJIZ) comprised of 7 years of post-graduate education and Jungian analysis is a depth psychoanalytical approach involving working with dreams and unconscious materials. I work with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges such as depression, burnout, trauma, anxiety and mood disorder. By offering a safe space, I accompany them to explore their inner world of psyche, to reconnect to their true self and to heal in times of change, grief and crisis.
Having lived abroad for most of my adult life, I am at ease bridging different cultural perspectives between the East and the West. Passionate about individual well-being, I have shifted my professional focus to analytical psychology. My journey has led me through liminal spaces and meaningful life experiences that are embedded in my analytical work.
Apart from private clients, I also offer executive psychoanalytical coaching at IMD in Lausanne. I support them in personal development as well as accompany those who strive to build new independent lives or those who are navigating choices during major life transitions.
