I have over 17 years' experience working with adolescents & adults recovering from sexual assault, complex trauma, dissociative conditions, and anxiety disorders. As a senior psychologist, I have advanced training in evidence-based trauma approaches that integrate nervous system processing together with trauma-informed psychotherapies: trauma treatment that works.
My core therapeutic models include Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), EMDR (attachment-focused, trauma processing, targeted protocols to treat different conditions), IFS (Parts work), and Somatic Psychotherapy. My work is always informed by human rights and power dynamics, whether institutional, systemic, or interpersonal.
