She adopts an integrative approach drawing on her training in Psychotherapy, CBT & TF-CBT. Amy is passionate about creating a space that allows her clients to navigate their thoughts, feelings and vulnerabilities at a pace they are comfortable with. Amy's past experience includes operating her own counselling practice and counselling within a serious of international schools across Asia. In addition she has also been invited by schools, corporations and local radio to provide talks.
