I offer professional psychotherapy and counselling services to clients who are experiencing psychological distress or living with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and/ or chronic illnesses. The ultimate goal is to empower my clients to excel themselves with self-compassion and confidence and to live a life with pride, respect and love to self and others. I strive to serve with heart and create a safe and secure space for my clients to excel with mental health wisdom and confidence.
I possess solid professional backgrounds in psychotherapy, counselling and mental health with rich international experience in serving as a qualified psychotherapist. I am trained to support adult clients and teenagers who experience emotional distress or mental health related conditions to regain their sense of agency and to live a life with dignity.
Professionally trained in the dialogue between Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches to psychotherapy, I believe that each of us is the "expert" of our own lived experiences. The creation of a safe, secure and creative psychotherapeutic space for exploration in one's suffering is the key for healing and gaining strength with self-respect and dignity.
