I work with adults, adolescents, and families who are dealing with mental ill-health, anxiety, depression, bereavement, compulsive behaviour, and/or relationship issues. Clients who want to live according to their values and not be overcome by psychological and emotional challenges.
I help clients respond healthily to diagnoses of relatively common mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression, by further examining the unhealthy processes that underlie these experiences. I am trained and experienced in family therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
