Unspoken: A Space for South Asian Women

A group space for South Asian women navigating family expectation, cultural silence, and the pressure to hold everything together. Many of us learned early that vulnerability reads as failure, measured against izzat and family reputation. This group offers a different experience: being witnessed by other South Asian women who understand that pressure without needing it explained. Using a Transactional Analysis approach, we work with patterns formed in family and community, and practice new ways of relating in real time. I am a trainee therapist working under clinical supervision. Sessions are recorded with consent for supervision purposes, with full confidentiality maintained.
