Thursday Evenings: Relational Therapy Group
I am planning to run an early evening group, maximum of 7 participants, to commence Autumn 2026. This is for those who desire to reach out to others in a confidential setting and clarify the relational and creative challenges of life. Under my guidance and encouragement as facilitator, we co-create an environment for honest communication, exploring experiences, interactions, dreams and imagination, and find the confidence to define and develop the therapeutic level. Group therapy is a first choice of treatment for those motivated to explore and enrich their communication and relationships with others in a confidential setting.
