Support Group for Loss and Bereavement

This is a small, supportive grief group offering a gentle space for people living with loss and bereavement. Grief can feel isolating, and this group offers shared understanding, reflection, and connection with others who are also living with loss in their own way. There is no pressure to speak, and you are welcome to attend at your own pace. Sessions are structured but gentle, with time for reflection. The group is facilitated by a person-centred counsellor based in Auchtermuchty, experienced in grief, trauma, and life transitions, including baby loss. Sessions are £10–£15 per session.
