"Stories of Self" - Writing Therapy (8-Weeks)
STARTING: OCTOBER 2024 (Online) . A unique blend of writing and group therapy, this workshop helps you re-claim your “story of self”. Experience the healing effect of taking ownership of your story, exploring past events and sharing with a supportive group. Using fiction techniques and writing prompts, this workshop can be a springboard for further memoir writing, or simply to experience the power of writing about a life event and sharing with a compassionate group. Each session is 2-hours. 8-weeks in length. Maximum 10 participants. Start Date: October 2024 (TBA). Cost: £32/session. Drop-in available. Set groups.

Group Supervision - Individual and Group
I offer online and in-person group supervision, in a friendly, collaborative environment. Meeting on a regular basis with a trusted core group of therapists can provide a great feeling of a community. This format is limited to a small number of practitioners, which allows more time per person to confidentially discuss case files, share knowledge, and discuss treatment options with fellow group members. Groups are open to trainee counsellors as well as experienced practitioners. Individual: £55/45 minute session. Group: (minimum 3 per group) £55/ 3 hr sessions:

Self Esteem Through Creativity (12-Weeks)
STARTS OCTOBER 2024 (Online): Using various art, writing, and proven CBT techniques, this workshop will empower you to explore and re-claim your self-worth. Led by a warm, supportive community and qualified art and CBT therapists. Self-Esteem can be an elusive skill to master and difficult to "stick." This workshop uses a mixture of proven techniques including cognitive behavioural therapy, arts and crafts, journaling, creative writing, workbooks, and a toolkit building for lasting effects. Each session is 2-hours. 12-weeks in length. Maximum 12 participants. Start Date: October 2024 (TBA). Cost: £30/session. Set groups.
